What I've Learned in the almost 15 years of being a Psychotherapist and How the Find Your Flourish Movement Came About
5 crucial questions every woman needs to ask herself:
1. Are you living your life from a place of truth?
2. Do you know what your life’s purpose is? Are you fulfilling your life’s purpose?
3. Do you have dreams and desires that you have forgotten about, or let fall by the wayside?
4. Do you have a tendency to put other’s needs before your own, and feel burned out, lost and frustrated in work and love?
5. Do you long for more meaning in your life?
If you answered yes to one or more of the above questions, read on, I can help you. I’m committed to a world where women never forget that their dreams truly matter.
The greatest gem I’ve learned over the last almost 15 years of being a psychotherapist is that true transformation can really take place when we integrate healing on the levels of mind, body, and spirit.
Last year I had a yearning to do something that would shake up my life’s work and help me live out my purpose more fully. After an especially transformative 40-day meditation and yoga practice, I found myself waking up night after night with an inspired creative vision for the Find Your Flourish (FYF) Retreats and Programs. The FYF Retreats and Programs are specifically designed to help women create lasting life-shifting changes by addressing healing on the levels of the mind, body, and spirit. We incorporate coaching, Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), yoga, meditation, and breath work to achieve true transformation.
Transformation is hard to do when most of us have a tendency to focus on taking care of others to the point of losing ourselves, get caught up in people pleasing, try to live up to other people’s expectations, and feel like we need to be perfect. It is possible to take care of those we ferociously love in our lives even better when we put ourselves first, allowing ourselves the opportunity to hear our true voice, and go after our true dreams and desires. We need to remind ourselves that healthy confidence comes from within, that we get to decide how to live out our truth, and that we are the best judge of our experience (even if we could stand to lighten up a bit).
I believe every woman has the right to feel irresistible, and remember and believe that anything is possible. This can happen by consciously re-connecting mind, body and spirit, so that we can tap into that reservoir of truth that is our authentic self. When we can hear the authentic self, we have access to our own internal compass that wisely and lovingly guides us in the direction of our dreams and true life purpose. You’ll find that the Find Your Flourish Programs & Retreats are designed to do just that.
Think about these questions again:
